Abstract Submission

Three options for abstract submissions are available:

1. Speaker abstract. Deadline January 1, 2024;
2. Poster abstract. Deadline January 1, 2024;
3. Flash Poster Presentation abstract. Deadline January 1, 2024.

The abstract must represent original work and should be as informative as possible. Conclusions must be supported by data. It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any error in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduces as typed by the author. Submitted abstracts can be seen, updated or deleted within the whole period of the abstract submission online. Correspondence regarding the abstracts such as confirmation of submission, notification of acceptance or rejection and instructions for presentation will only be sent to the corresponding author. It is their responsibility to forward the information to all co-authors.

Speaker Abstract

Deadline January 1, 2024

• Use Times New Roman 12 font throughout the abstract (except for symbols).
• Limit abstract to 1 page in single lane spacing.
• All document margins should be 2.5 cm.
• Justify title and abstract text.
•Title should be in bold.
• Author’s first middle name initials followed by last name. Use superscript number for authors with different affiliations.
• Underline presenting author.
• Please include affiliation and address below authors. Use superscript numbers for additional affiliations.
• References with 2 authors use “and” separating the authors.
•Include first author followed by et al., your of publication, journal abbreviation, volume and pages.

All Speakers are required to register for the Conference and pay registration fee.

Poster Abstract

Deadline January 1, 2024

In a poster session, there is no formal oral presentation; instead, the author is assigned a display area on which diagrams, graphics, data, pictures/photo’s, and a small amount of text are presented. The abstract is the summary of what you will be presenting visually.

It is very important that you finish your poster before you travel to Bali, Indonesia and that you bring it yourself. 
We are nog able to print the poster for you.

All Poster presenters are required to register for the Conference and pay the registration fee.

Flash Poster Presentation Abstract

Deadline January 1, 2024

We cordially invite young researchers for submitting an abstract for a Flash Poster Presentation (5 minutes oral plus poster).

You also qualify for the Best Poster Award if you present your poster at the conference. The winner will receive a certificate and a prize of 350 US $.

It is very important that you finish your poster before you travel to Bali, Indonesia and that you bring it yourself.
We are not able to print the poster for you.

All Flash Poster presenters are required to register for the Conference and pay the registration fee.
