This letter is intended to assist participants with their visa application, immigration process, and travel arrangements.

Letters of Invitation will only be issued to delegates who have paid their registration fee in full.

Please note that a Letter of Invitation does not constitute a guarantee that a visa will be granted or that entry into Japan will be permitted. It also does not imply any commitment on the part of the Conference Organizer to provide financial support, travel assistance, accommodation, or any other form of sponsorship.

It is the sole responsibility of each participant to contact the relevant Japanese embassy, consulate, or immigration authority and to obtain all necessary documentation for entry into Japan.

A Letter of Invitation may be requested by sending an email to: conference@fish-models.com.

Be cautious of unauthorized agents and scam

Please be cautious of unauthorized agents who may reach out to you via email or phone, offering registration, flights, hotel bookings, and other arrangements for the upcoming Asian Conference on Fish Models for Diseases. We recommend that anyone wishing to register for the conference do so only through the official website, www.fish-models.com, and make their own arrangements for hotel accommodations and flights.
