Registration is required for all conference participants. The registration must be made online. In order to avoid double charges, please register only once. Confirmation will be sent to all participants upon receipt of registration and payment.

The €50 is a down payment.
The full conference fee must be paid before
December 1, 2023

You pre-register and immediately pay € 50,- via credit card. You will then receive an invoice from us via email for the remaining amount that still has to be paid (conference fee minus €50,-). This invoice must be paid before December 1, 2023.
When the full conference fee has been paid, the pre-registration will be converted into a Full-Registration.
Access to the Conference will not be permitted if full payment has not been received.

Special discount for Friends of the Conference

All participants of the conference in 2023 will be considered by us as Friends of the Conference. They all receive a unique personal and non-transferable coupon code. With this code they receive a € 50,- discount on the fee if they register before November 1, 2023. 

Cancellation and Changes

 Cancellation and changes to your orders must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Refundable amounts and penalties depend on the date of cancellation and are as follows:
Before December 1, 2023:
After November 30, 2023:
